My Top 5 Favourite Smoothie Recipes

These are some of my favourite smoothie recipes of ALL TIME – and I’ve tried a lot. Best of all, they’re all dairy-free and vegan – no weird additives or mystery milk products here! They make for great breakfasts on the go as well, so perfect when you don’t have time to make a full breakfast spread on a weekday. I hope you enjoy!

5. Passion Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 passion fruit

1 frozen banana

1 mango

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

3 Tbsp creamy cultured coconut (it’s like yogurt, but dairy-free and made with coconut flesh – you can use regular yogurt if you don’t mind dairy)

Sprinkle of hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

Blend the passion fruit, banana, mango, almond milk, and coconut yogurt together. Then, top with hemp seeds as desired!

4. Choco-beet Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup chocolate almond milk

1 frozen banana

2 cooked beets

1 scoop of your favourite chocolate flavoured superfood powder (mine is Chocolate Vegan Shakeology)

Sprinkle of cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS

Blend the almond milk, banana, beets, and powder together. Then, top with cacao nibs if desired!

3. Banana Split Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop of your favourite chocolate flavoured superfood powder (mine is Chocolate Vegan Shakeology)

1 cup chocolate almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 handful fresh strawberries

2 Tbsp hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together and add your favourite toppings!

2. Cinnamon Toast Crunch Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 medjool date

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp organic ginger syrup (optional, but so worth it!)

1 Tbsp raw almond butter

Quinoa crunchies

DIRECTIONS

Blend the almond milk, banana, date, cinnamon, syrup (if using) and almond butter together. Top with quinoa crunchies and MORE cinnamon! Always more cinnamon! :p

1. Tropical Strawberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Handful fresh strawberries

1 frozen banana

1/2 frozen mango

1 scoop of your favourite strawberry flavoured superfood powder (mine is Tropical Strawberry Vegan Shakeology)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Sprinkle of hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

Blend the strawberries, banana, mango, powder, and almond milk together. Then, top with hemp seeds as desired!
