Since flu season is coming up (and I’ve shared enough recipes for sweets lately!), I thought it was time to post these amazing juices. I’m a firm believer that when we get sick, our bodies are really just telling us that they’re run down and that they NEED MORE VITAMINS. Our bodies are meant to heal themselves, but, what normally ends up happening is that we run to the pharmacy and stock up on meds that we don’t really need. So, next time you’re feeling a cold coming on, make a big juice instead! Your body, and taste buds, will thank you.
