Who is Megan Davies?
Super Trainer Megan Davies is an NSCA certified personal trainer and creator of #mbf Muscle Burns Fat, #mbfa Muscle Burns Fat Advanced, and Sure Thing. After appearing on BODi’s fitness reality show, THE 20s, Megan became the next Super Trainer and created Clean Week. Her passion for learning about physiology, health, fitness, and technique fuels every program she creates. Her down-to-earth, empowering workout style and upbeat personality make you feel like you’re training with a best friend.

MAIN WORKOUTS
- Lower Body Burn: The ultimate leg day where you’ll target your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves with classic weightlifting and asymmetrical (one-sided) training in a workout that’s as fun as it is challenging.
- Clore & Glute Circuit: Elevate your abs and booty gains with a handful of moves that build head-turning muscle that’s also strong and functional.
- Upper Body Burn: It’s time to shift your focus to your upper half with some of Megan’s favorite moves for building defined arms and shoulders and a chiseled chest and back. Grab your weights, click play, and crush it!
- Core Circuit: Light up your core with a combination of cardio and strength exercises that will sculpt your abs while melting fat all over. An AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) finisher will make sure you torch maximum calories.
- Power Ignite: This fun, high-energy EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout will challenge you to complete a specific number of reps each minute. The faster you do them, the more rest you get. So go hard, stay focused, and give Megan everything you’ve got.
UP WEEK

When will I unlock access to my earned #mbf Super Block?
It depends on the purchase and when your credit card is billed, but in every case, you will receive an email notifying you of your earned Super Block(s) when you have unlocked access. If your earned Super Block is based on nutrition subscriptions totaling $99 ($120 CAD, £99 GBP, €99 EUR) in September 2023, you will receive access on or around the 1st of October 2023. And while you may unlock your Super Block access sooner, particularly with initial purchase of a Total-Solution Pack or qualifying subscription, you will be able to access the workouts and begin the Super Block on October 2, 2023. Once unlocked, the #mbf Super Block will remain in your library permanently—for as long as you’re a BODi member.
Can I access the #mbf Super Block without an active BODi membership?
No, to purchase or earn the Super Block, you must have an active BODi membership at the time you bought it or make the qualifying purchase or renewal to earn it. For continued access, you must have an active BODi membership.
Can I purchase the #mbf Super Block after it launches and/or after the Super Block begins?
Yes. You can purchase any Super Block, including #mbf, any time after it goes on sale—as long as you have an existing BODi membership. The #mbf Super Block is on sale any time after September 1, 2023, and can be purchased any time after that. And workouts are available any time after October 2, 2023—with a qualifying purchase or unlock.
Will this become part of the BODi library?
No. Super Blocks will not be part of the library and will remain a premium offering at an additional $29 ($35 CAD, £29 GBP, €35 EUR) charge to BODi subscribers. However, once unlocked, your #mbf Super Block will remain in your own library permanently—for as long as you’re a BODi member.
What equipment is needed for the #mbf Super Block?
You will need a variety of dumbbells, your BOD Rope, a mat (optional) and the BODi Bike (optional for bonus cycle workouts).

What makes this different from BODi Blocks?
Super Blocks take one of our hit programs and one of our Super Trainers, in this case #mbf with Megan Davies, and combine it with block periodization science and structure from BODi Blocks. That includes 3 weeks of workouts for 5 days a week, 30 minutes each day, followed by a 4th “UP Week” (unconditional progress week) that includes 2 workouts and suggested Mindset content, to allow you to recover and recharge ahead of your next challenge/Block.
