Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

I haven’t had an actual Pumpkin Spice Latte in years, but I feel like this tastes just like the ever-popular Starbucks version (probably better!?). It contains actual pumpkin, healthy fats from coconut oil, and it’s dairy-free for those that are into that sorta thing. So, if you’re craving a PSL, but not the 50 grams of sugar that comes in it, then this recipe is for you! ❤

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coffee of your choice

1 tbsp coconut oil (cold-pressed organic is best!)

2 tbsp PURE pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1-2 tbsp Walden Farms Caramel Syrup (or any other sugar-free sweetener of your choice and depending on how sweet you like it!)

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Top with cinnamon if you’re like me and you put that ish on everything.

Enjoy! xo
